Refund policy

                         Return Poilcy

We do not accept return after an order has been delivered to the customer

 If you decide to return, it must based on the ground that: 

  1. The item sent is totally different from item ordered
  2. If item is/ are damaged on arrival

And please note that if item is to be returned, it should be packaged back to us undamaged and frontal or closure lace in front not tempered with, it should be under 24 hours of receiving your wig.

Note: We do not accept return base on:

  1. I can't style wig well
  2. I don't like the style or how it look on me (This is why we add as many photos of a product on the product page and we crave your indulgence to check photos properly before placing order) 

    These reasons are not accepted as customers must have tried wig on their head and can't be given to another customer, cause wigs are part of hygienic product and can transfer lices and dandruff from one head to another

    If a customer make a return without any form of notification or criteria do not fit in the above return requirement such refund is not accepted and customer need to call our customer care team to rectify issue

    Also note that in making return a fee of 15% of total amount will be deducted from initial payment as we are not in charge of the customers delivery and styling fee. This fee must be deducted as alot of people order wigs just to look at it and return it back so please read before placing order.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
